Product Overview
The Miller Trailblazer 330 Air Pak combines powerful features in a compact design. This 330 amp DC engine-driven welder also functions as a 12,000-watt AC generator, complete with a built-in 30 CFM air compressor. Designed for efficiency, the rotary screw compressor operates at 80-160 PSIG at a 100% duty cycle without a storage tank and allows for four easy access points for compressed air.
Ideal for running various impact wrenches, even at idle, this versatile machine is equipped with ArcReach® technology, enabling direct communication with Miller wire feeders and remote controls via welding leads, eliminating the need for costly cables.
With AutoSet™ technology, users can easily access pre-set welding parameters based on material thickness and welding methods, while still allowing for manual adjustments.
Powered by a robust Kohler® 27 HP CH749 gasoline engine, the Trailblazer features Auto-Speed™ technology, which adjusts engine speed based on welding load for improved fuel efficiency and quieter operation. It also offers Excel™ Power, delivering 2400 watts of auxiliary power at idle, reducing noise on job sites.
The unit includes battery charge/crank assist, capable of providing up to 150 amps for battery charging and 300 amps for cold-starting engines.
